the {love} triangle swap
To a world that seems to grow more spiteful by the second, hear my plea: "Can't we all just get along?!" So, I suggest that we spread the love and make new friends! With cards.
As a participant, you will be asked to create three cards (OR valentines) to send to three people. That's right, you will have multiple partners! Hence, "the {love} triangle." You will, in return, receive three cards (OR valentines) to lighten and brighten your day. Smiles and love, all around! That's the idea anyway...

whoooo! I'm feeling the love already. and getting ideas. What a fun idea. I'll get cards right around my bday and that will be fun too :)COUNT ME IN!
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun to me. I'm in. You already have my info right? (I don't have much info.)
ReplyDeleteI love wagons! Can it come pick me up at my place though?... cause I don't have any other way of getting around really. Do you need more info from me sis?
ReplyDeleteSwaps freak me out. It's like a whole new level of blogging. New territory ... scary. I'm still feeling the love though :) Happy almost Valentines Day
ReplyDeleteSo, first off, I totally wanted to do a Valentine's Swap! You beat me, probably because I'm an unorganized basketcase. Secondly, I love making cards, but all my card making/scrap stuff is packed away and I've been informed by my hubby that I should NOT be unpacking things at the moment, as we're moving again in two weeks...so, I'm wondering if digital cards would be a totally lame let-down? If not, I'm in! But honestly, that might be lame, I dunno...? Also, we were planning a DisneyLAND trip in February/March, but my Dad surprised us all by recommending a DisneyWORLD family reunion instead, since my sister won't be able to travel the rest of the year...hence a trip to Florida instead!
ReplyDeleteYou are such a creative cat! I want to be in, but I'm not yet, because I need to make AT LEAST one of the cards before I can commit! It may not make sense, but I want it to be a fun thing and not a stressed thing, so I'll let you know how my card making is going in a few!
ReplyDeleteI'll join. And if you want to advertise my swap, go ahead. Sign ups are until the end of the month- and it's looking pretty sad right now. I guess knitters/crocheters that have/know babies is a narrow group.
ReplyDeleteAnd McKay does have his braces off. I'll get some pics up soon.
Beth...of course I remember who you are, I have to admitt that I have checked your blog out a few times since it is linked on other blogs I often check.
ReplyDeleteI truly appreciate your sweet words to me. I love that so many people still think of Alex. It is a little hard here in Texas since noone knew us during that time and it is such a big part of our lives.
I think it is so funny the things we remember...I would have never guessed someone would have correlated soup and me together so I had to laugh!
You have such a beautiful little boy and it sounds like you guys are doing great! I would love to add you guys to my blog so that way I don't have to go through someone else...I hope that is okay?
Thanks again for thinking of us
Courtney
Woo Hoo! Sounds like fun. Count me in!
ReplyDeleteOkay--I thought long and hard for 4 or 5 days and decided....YES, I WOULD LOVE SOME MAIL AND LOVE TO SEND SOME MAIL!!! YEAH!!! Count me in!
