*gasp*
1. I ate one of these bars for dinner tonight
2. I experienced my "first" one of these last night
3. We were three minutes late to one of these at the grocery store last week
(an attempted one...)
4. We were 2 miles away from this, also last week, on the same day as #3
For reals my friends. *B

Oh, Lovely! Can't wait to come home. Sounds like we missed all the action.
ReplyDeleteEarthquake? :(
ReplyDeleteBeth, you shock me. An ice cream bar for dinner? Sounds like something I would do these days.
ReplyDeleteYeah to Robin. I thought you were supposed to be this healthy, healthnut kind of girl. As to all the other things, I think maybe it's time for you to move.
ReplyDeleteI think in light of all those other things you totally deserved that snickers bar!
ReplyDeleteI hate earthquakes. YUK.
Your life is far too exciting for me!
ReplyDeleteIt's about time! Indulging in a processed, overly sweet ice cream bar isn't going to kill you! However, the insainity of dening yourself such simple pleasures just might! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's all about balance Bethers, and with all your eggplants and protein shakes, I'd make a guess that your okay. :)
Hey, join the Birthday Club at coldstonecreamery.com and they'll send you a coupon for a free creation on your birthday!! And if you and Brad can agree on what to get, you could share it and then you won't have to indulge too much. :)
BTW...you may think your place is on the small side, but I think it's quaint.
ReplyDeleteYes, you would only have to contend with heat and scorpions here at home!! Don't you wish you were here??? I do!
ReplyDeleteWe lived in Irvine during the 94 Northridge quake and I still laugh when I think about it because we hadn't lived there very long yet and when it struck (I was in a waterbed, btw... how funny is that), we all dashed downstairs, grabbed our emergency pack and headed out the door to meet up with neighbors. When we got outside, noone on our street had so much as turned on a light. I still smile at the sight of us all with clothes thrown over our pajamas, thinking the "big one" had just hit, ready to head for the nearest emergency shelter. What a joy it is to live in California... especially your neighborhood!
ReplyDeleteGuess what? I had one of those ice cream bars for breakfast and as a mid-afternoon snack! What do you think of me now??? *B
ReplyDeleteShocked! (silently, I'm very pleased with you. Life is too short).
ReplyDelete(responce to your comment) yay Beth!! I'm rooting for ya! Jason is too, Snicker Ice cream bars are "the best ever!"
ReplyDeleteHi Beth. hope you had a great summer. I need you to get me you and Jolene's addresses and e-mail. I'm ready to get everyone their mailing lists for the block exchange. I got a block in the mail yesterday and it is so cute.
ReplyDeleteHoly cow! Glad you're safe Miss Beth!
ReplyDeleteYummy dinner! I've only been in one earthquake and not something I'd like to repeat. I hope nothing broke and everyone is safe.
ReplyDeleteScary! Stay safe out there!
